I quote myself on this lovely journey. haha how awesome is that. [Side Note: "a beer".. meaning 1.]
I am keeping the healthy food thing going.. so far never broke it.. kept that part going....
I actually didn't even have a coffee yet.. til the morning HAAAAAAAA >> but I am honestly cutting back on how much I drink.. & I will keep incorporating more tea in my routine.
I wanted to note things I learned:
besides the fact your body feels deprived at times because it is used to certain foods.. & you become aware of your dependencies... you become aware of how much shit food is out there.. how much is processed.. etc etc... & how not enough is raw & whole. ...even more so.. ('cos I mean we know this already..but some items you thought were healthy you start looking @ in a different light- it is odd)
it is addicting also to keep it going..because it is a challenge to yourself.. and you see positive results.. so you want to keep going..
I feel so much healthier.. & I feel like my body is finally going in the direction I want it to.
I DID 10 pull ups in a row today.. full ones. >>I was doing only 7 a month ago.
I am making it to at least 12 again.. like in high school.. idk actually how many I did then..
but I am getting there...
I suggest detoxing to anyone who is interested in trying it... at least the one I had .. it wasn't bad... only natural extracts & herbs really. I am interested in exploring the longer programs they have out there.. the week one is the quickest I've seen anyway.. the month program I feel would be even better...
I think the main reason why this was working was because of my healthy diet though.. so I don't even think you really need the detox box.. detox yourself by just eating healthy.. & most likely you will get similar enough results.
make sure you check your box though>> & all boxes are different so who knows.. some of the advertisements for some seemed crazy to me.. showing pictures of shit & saying.> "LOOK WHAT CAME OUT OF ME"... I mean nothing INSANE came out of me like that.. it is quite disturbing some of the pictures.. it looked like intestines wrapped up in a car accident.. nothing outrageous like that happened to me. Yeah it helps cleanse your system..helps you shit sooner. .. ok.. there is fiber in the powder.. but really your shit depends mainly on what you eat.

ok thanks to those who actually read this... I will most likely be posting more information about detoxing.. although I completed mine.. I want to do more research.. etc.. and look more into all the the different types..
