Day 1 in detail.

Ok so I popped the two AM pills on an empty stomach this morning.. then waited half-an-hour  & took Step 2- light powder mixed in water. The name of my box is "Total Body RAPID Cleanse"..it is from Whole Foods..so you know the ingredients include natural herbs..roots.extracts. etc.

By the way all my dreams last night basically included episodes where I broke the challenge.. I was taking shots & justifying with my friends that alcohol is included in this diet haha.. & put M&M's in my mouth & had to spit them out.. etc etc. haaaaa  ....so many thoughts I guess.

....today is circuit day for exercise.. I just did an intense full body circuit for 77minutes..random # I know..I do what I want. I think I will go run now too 'cos I feel like it.


ok so far so good with the mentality.

..... ok so I went to Whole Foods & got a bunch of stuff: vegetables, fruits..beans.. etc ..considering that is all I can eat. We do it to ourselves.

.some items include.:
fresh herb salad, broccoli, carrots, a red pepper, Kombucha tea (multi-green w/ blue-green algae & spirulina), blueberries, black beans, salad beans (kidney, pinto, & garbanzo), a mix that includes goji berries, mulberries, cashews, pistachios, & 100% organic drum wheat semolina. I also picked up Salmon but I am torn whether or not I will consume it this week.. I think I should almost go vegan.

I CANNOT HAVE.. any processed shit. Basically I am eating whole food items.. example: a banana is a banana. A pretzel is out. All junk food out. There are more things I CANNOT eat than CAN..but this is part of the challenge.. & I like it. Roaming the isles I am constantly sorting through what I can & cannot eat.. & you'd be surprised even @ a place such as whole foods.. a lot falls into "cannot eat" category.
NO meat.. (which I have been doing for years now anyway)
NO dairy. ..so no cheese.
I am not having any soy milk... NO COFFEE..which might be the hardest part for me. No alcohol.
Only water & teas really..such as kombucha tea..will be in liquid form.
